Welcome to Styleum! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Styleum mobile application (the "App") operated by Sameer Studios LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Styleum is an AI-powered personal styling application that:
The App is designed to help you make better use of your existing wardrobe, not to promote purchasing new items.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Styleum offers both free and premium subscription features. Free accounts have limitations on wardrobe size and outfit generations. Premium subscriptions ("Styleum Pro") unlock additional features.
Important: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.
"User Content" refers to any images, text, or other materials you upload to the App, including wardrobe photos and style preferences.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You agree not to upload or transmit any content that:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.
Styleum uses artificial intelligence to analyze your wardrobe and generate outfit recommendations. You acknowledge that:
We do not guarantee that outfit recommendations will be appropriate for all occasions, match current fashion trends, or suit your personal style preferences in all cases. You are solely responsible for your clothing choices.
The App, including its design, features, functionality, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Sameer Studios LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App integrates with third-party services including Apple (authentication and payments), cloud service providers (data storage and processing), and AI service providers (image analysis and recommendations). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors or security vulnerabilities, or compatible with all devices or operating systems.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAMEER STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sameer Studios LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@sameerstudios.co to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
