Styleum ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Sameer Studios LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Styleum (the "App").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the information you authorize Apple to share.
- Profile Information: Name, style preferences, and any information you provide during onboarding.
- Wardrobe Images: Photos of clothing items you upload to the App. These images are stored securely and used solely to provide outfit recommendations.
- Feedback and Communications: Any messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data: With your permission, we collect your approximate location to provide weather-appropriate outfit recommendations. You can disable location access in your device settings at any time.
- Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality and troubleshooting.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used, outfits viewed, and items marked as worn.
1.3 Information from Third-Party Services
If you choose to link or sign in through third-party services (such as Apple), we may receive information from those services as permitted by your settings with that service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and Maintain the App: Generate personalized outfit recommendations based on your wardrobe, preferences, and local weather conditions.
- Process Your Wardrobe: Analyze uploaded clothing images using artificial intelligence to identify items, colors, and styles.
- Improve Our Services: Understand how users interact with the App to enhance features and user experience.
- Communicate With You: Send service-related announcements, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.
- Process Transactions: Handle subscription payments and manage your account.
- Ensure Security: Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or illegal activity.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
3.1 Service Providers
We work with third-party companies to help us operate and improve the App:
- Supabase: Database hosting, user authentication, and secure file storage.
- Replicate: AI image processing for wardrobe item analysis.
- OpenRouter: AI services for outfit generation and styling recommendations.
- RevenueCat: Subscription and payment processing.
- Apple: Authentication services (Sign in with Apple).
These providers only have access to the information necessary to perform their services and are obligated to protect your information.
3.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
3.3 Business Transfers
If Sameer Studios LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Storage
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, with data centers located in the United States. Wardrobe images are stored in encrypted cloud storage.
4.2 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption of data at rest
- Secure authentication protocols
- Regular security assessments
4.3 Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5.1 All Users
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for location tracking or other optional data collection at any time.
5.2 California Residents (CCPA)

6. How to Delete Your Account and Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- Open the Styleum app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
Upon deletion, your account will be immediately deactivated and all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
